NEXTDC D1 Darwin Data Centre | Completion Images

Following the completion and opening of NEXTDC's first data centre in Darwin, we are pleased to showcase a series of images highlighting this state-of-the-art facility. As the only fault-tolerant digital infrastructure platform in the Northern Territory, D1 Darwin is set to be a cornerstone for the region's digital sector, providing critical support for cloud computing, AI, and IoT applications.

É«¿Ø´«Ã½ Group, in collaboration with NEXTDC and our trade partners, is proud to have brought this project to life. Designed to meet the demands of the digital era, D1 Darwin was constructed with resilience in mind. Ibrahim El Halabi, Project Coordinator, comments:

"Managing over 160mm of rain in less than 48 hours was a significant challenge. We had to innovate to keep the site operational and ensure timely completion despite sourcing structural components from various states and coordinating the modules built in Melbourne."
