Our new build-to-rent project in Preston, owned by Aware Real Estate, developed in partnership with Barings, is rapidly taking shape with the installation of two powerhouse cranes: the JL536-24 and JL336-18. These cranes are not just engineering marvels; they are crucial to our commitment to building smarter and greener.
The JL536-24 is renowned for its versatility in various construction environments. With a maximum lifting capacity of 24 tonnes and an impressive 65-metre reach, it excels in handling heavier construction materials and equipment at greater heights. This capability is essential for ensuring the efficient progression of our high-rise residential project, allowing us to move substantial loads quickly and safely.
In contrast, the JL336-18 offers an 18-tonne capacity within a more compact frame. This design makes it ideal for navigating tighter spaces while still covering a broad working area. Together, these cranes enhance our ability to manage logistics and material transportation seamlessly, even within the confines of a busy urban environment like Preston. Their adaptability ensures that we can tackle the unique challenges presented by high-density construction without compromising on performance or safety.
