Last week our People & Culture Manager, Alice Hanna, had the privilege of moderating a fireside chat at the annual Women in Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Summit in Sydney.
The session focused on 's success in adapting to a two-person co-leader model and how the change fostered a culture of collaboration and sharing.
“The session really brought home the need for new leadership models that empower organisational culture, diversity and inclusion”, explained Alice. “In this day and age, leaders must be flexible, agile and resilient to respond to organisational and leadership challenges.”
We’re always pleased to see our people leaders lending their time and expertise to share their insights in important industry discussions. It’s also encouraging to see more events focused on connecting women in the industry, congratulations to all involved.
