Recently, some of our team and trade partners participated in internal Ishikawa workshops, utilising the Ishikawa diagram, a quality management tool designed to identify potential causes of challenges.
Together, we brainstormed across key areas like delivery, people, systems, and environment, uncovering insights and ideas to enhance our processes.
Now, having conducted 12 workshops with 90 participants and hundreds of ideas captured, these sessions have set the foundation for meaningful improvements as we aim to achieve more in 2025.
