Earlier this week, we held our first of four staff retreats for 2023 for our hardworking Site Managers.
It goes without saying that our Site Managers are extremely busy people with a lot on their plate. However, these days away from site are imperative for learning, and sharing ideas and lessons learned.
The group also worked with our Senior Leadership team to form plans on how to elevate the safety, quality and culture of 色控传媒 sites to industry-leading levels. It wasn’t all hard work though, with some friendly competition on the pool table and the archery field.
